Air Dryer (working principle) :
The working principle of refrigerated dryer is composed of heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system. Compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for gas-gas or gas-water heat exchange, removing part of the heat energy, and then enters the cold and hot air exchanger, and has been cooled from the evaporator to the pressure dew point for heat exchange, so that the temperature of compressed air is further reduced. After that, the compressed air enters the evaporator and conducts heat exchange with the refrigerant. The temperature of the compressed air drops to 0-8℃. The moisture in the air is separated out at this temperature and discharged through the automatic drainer after being separated by the gas-water separator. The dry low temperature air enters the cold and hot air exchanger for heat exchange and output after the temperature rises.

Precautions for pairing of Air Compressor and dryer ：
The refrigeration dryer matched with the air compressor shall not be placed in the place where the sun, rain, wind or relative humidity is greater than 85%. Do not place in an environment with much dust, corrosive or combustible gases. Do not place it in a place with vibration and freezing danger of condensed water. Don't get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. It is not necessary to use it in the environment with corrosive gas. The freezing dryer with copper pipe antirust treatment or the freezing dryer with stainless steel heat exchanger shall be selected. It should be used under the ambient temperature of 40 ℃.
